Hellfest 2022: general information

Hellfest is a music festival held annually, since 2006, in the town of Clisson, France. The event usually takes place around the month of June, and lasts approximately one week.

In this festival you will be able to enjoy the best of current rock and metal with some of the best known artists and bands of the national and international scene of the genre.

Sabaton, Kiss, Tool, Dropkick Murphy's, Def Leppard, Judas Priest, Avenged Sevenfold, Iron Maiden, Hollywood Vampires, Deftones, Aerosmith, Deep Purple or Linkin Park, are some of the artists who have been present in previous editions of the festival.

The 2020 and 2021 editions could not be held due to pandemic conditions but in 2022 Hellfest returns to celebrate its 15th anniversary with already confirmed headliners such as Metallica, Guns N' Roses, Scorpions or Deftones, among others.

Where does Hellfest 2022 take place?

The Hellfest festival, as we have said above, takes place annually in the town of Clisson, in France. Specifically, the shows take place in the so-called sports area of Clisson, which every year becomes the largest heavy metal festival in France.

How to get to Hellfest

To get to the place where the festival is held, from Topfestivales we recommend you the option of going by plane:

The nearest airport is Nantes Airport, which is about 25 kilometers away. Once there you will have to go to the train station of Nantes, and take a train to Clisson that will leave you at "Gare Clisson".

You can also consider the option of going by car, as you can be more flexible with it.
